bioMONAI is the new open-source platform for deep learning in biomedical imaging developed by the deepCLEM team. bioMONAI is publicly available and open to community contributions. To get started, please refer to our hands-on tutorials.
We are delighted to announce that the deepCLEM team will be attending the 2025 SPIE Optical Metrology Meeting (SPIE 2025). The conference will take place in Munich (Germany) from 23rd to 26th June. We can’t wait to meet you there!
The 8th Spanish & Portuguese meeting on Advanced Optical Microscopy (SPAOM24) will be held in Toledo (Spain), from 20th to 22nd November. The deepCLEM team will use this opportunity to present their latest developments.
